My name is Matthew Williams, and I provide home inspections for buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout New York’s Capital Region and surrounding areas.
As a New York State Licensed Home Inspector and Licensed Mold Assessor, I bring professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail to every inspection. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, I take pride in being prepared, thorough, and respectful.

Built by a New York State Licensed Home Inspector and Mold Assessor, the Home Maintenance Checklist App is a practical educational tool designed to help homeowners stay organized and better understand routine home care. It was developed from real home inspection experience and includes over 175 structured tasks organized by major areas of the home, along with clear guidance on what to look for, why it matters, and when routine follow-up may be appropriate.
The app is intended for general maintenance awareness and homeowner organization. It helps users keep track of important upkeep items, monitor areas over time, and reduce the chance that routine maintenance concerns are overlooked. Homeowners can work through the app by home area, review educational guidance, and stay more aware of common maintenance priorities throughout the property.
This app is not a substitute for a professional home inspection, diagnosis, or evaluation. It is designed to support better home maintenance awareness, provide practical educational context, and give homeowners a simple way to stay on top of routine care between inspections. The app is included with home inspections through Aim High Home Inspection Services and is also available to all homeowners on Google Play.
